GRIEF RECOVERY CLASSES
Simply defined, grief is the normal and natural reaction to significant emotional loss of any kind. While we never compare losses, any list would include death and divorce as obvious painful losses. Others may be retirement, moving, pet loss, financial and health issues. The range of emotions associated with grief is as varied as there are people and personalities. Recovery from loss is accomplished by discovering and completing all of the undelivered communications that accrue in relationships. Grief Recovery class provides the correct action choices that help people move beyond the pain caused by loss. It is a program which creates a safe environment in which to look at old beliefs, what losses have affected your life, and to take new actions which lead to completion of the pain attached to one of those losses.
COMMUNITY OUTREACH
Heather Leigh has compiled a number of presentations for various organizations and the community. The focus is always to educate you the consumer. An educated consumer can ask good questions and make the necessary decisions for their family. Topics range from defining funeral and cemetery products and services, what choices are necessary and how to save money by pre-planning, how to begin the conversation with family members, understanding grief recovery, and soul searching conversations that help remove the fear surrounding death. We actively engage in healthy, informative, and educational opportunities to arm families with knowledge so they can ask the right questions. Please complete the request box for more information about presenting to your group.
